Party Pics

We had a happy birthday Cordelia day.  We combined our monthly church young adult lunch with her party and had a great time all around.

We peaked a little early though.  Day light savings had us up at the brisk hour of 5.  So we were exhausted before we even headed to church.  Eloise wanted to know if this party could start already.

It finally started.  And we all had fun.

I am now in recovery mode.  All this cooking and baking and cleaning and 5am business is wearing me out.  She may be one now, but I have a feeling this next year will be even busier than last.  Welcome Toddlerhood!

Love the pictures! Especially that last family shot. Happy belated birthday, Cordelia! (And congrats to Mommy and Daddy... 1 year is a big milestone for you, too!)

Happy Birthday Cordelia!!!! Looks like y'all had a great party!

(And how is it possible that these babies have been around for a year? I'm having a hard time with this!)

The last photo is using our self timer on the camera. I LOVE using that thing b/c the girls are thrilled by the beeping that speeds up and the light. Use it. You'll like it too!

I know. I can't believe our baby is growing up. Each years seems to get faster and faster.

Hi Emily,

Thanks for visiting my blog. May I ask which camera you are using? Your photos are clear and bright, just fanatastic.

Thanks, Lorne! I use a Nikon D90 and edit in Photo Shop Elements 8. It's a great camera!

Oh my heavens! So darling. I really miss the young adults at All Saints but I'm thrilled to know that the ministry continues to thrive. You always get such darling, realistic and yet priceless shots! Love the one of Eloise lying on the table and the four of you together with the mostly eaten cake! Fabulous :) like you!
