Colorful x2

Eloise came home from school today wanting some more pink pancakes.  I guess she liked them!  Of course being the tidy mother that I am hahaha, I had already cleaned up all the pink pancakes.  (Oh you missed that one?  Click here.)  So we decided to make purple for our afternoon snack.

We used some frozen mixed berries from Costco that I've had for ages.  I blendered them up and added them to our mix.  President Obama accompanied us.

This time our colorful treats were beautiful and tasty!  Berries win the challenge.

They make great baby food too.

Now I'm sure I'll be changing some pink and purple poopy diapers in the next few days.

I'm sure this won't be the last of our colored pancakes.  Don't worry, I probably won't tell you each time we cook some.

In other news, Cordelia is feeling better today.  She stayed in her pajamas all day and it seemed to do the trick.  No more fever!  Now to find a cure for 3ism.  Because my 3 year old is having some very difficult days right now.

Yummy! What a fantastic idea. hahaha Yeah, beet pancakes sound a bit off-the-healthy-cliff to me ;)

I love the one you love, too - of Eloise with the fork and pancakes ;) SO cute and expressive!

You make me excited for breakfasts with babies. Currently, breakfasts for me are scarce and consist of me eating very quickly and/or over a nursing baby. haha!
