I don't know what to say after my last post. I'm still digesting life. Tragedies make us question and appreciate, love and change. And then real life takes us back over. Common time takes hold and life becomes common again. And change didn't really occur at all. Until the next tragedy or miracle, and our eyes are open afresh.
I wish I didn't have to wait for the big moments in life to open my eyes. But I do. We all do. But for now, I'm going to continue to sit in the reality of tragedy. Of life and death. And thank God I'm alive today.

I promise I'm not missing the point of your post, Emily, but I must comment on the middle picture - not that I don't like the one with Alex. That middle picture is just sooo sweet!
Eloise's little hands and her expression - so loving!
It melts my heart!
I know, Gwen, they are super sweet photos! Eloise loves being twins with Cordelia and she's very gentle with her. It's so lovely!
I'm so sorry to hear about your dear friend, Emily. I hope that your trip to the funeral is healing.
Sweet, sweet pictures, by the way.
Awww!! SO cute :)
Thanks for the blog love, btw :)
So sorry to read about your friend's passing. But you are right abut those moments opening our eyes to all the blessings right at our fingertips. And what blessings you have in your life! So very cute. How old is your baby? She looks similarly awkward to my 4 month old. :)
