Fix-It Friday

Another Fix-It Friday at I Heart Faces.  I love doing these.  It really helps me practice.  This one was a challenge for me because I don't usually shoot photos with a lot of black.  I typically find that I like shooting with a lot of bright whites and colors.  I love the drama of this shot, though!

I'm not usually a big black and white fan, but I couldn't not do this in B&W.  I tried and tried to do a color shot but couldn't seem to do it.  Which edit is your favorite?

In other news, we're enjoying a full Friday with Alex home.  I cleaned the car, finished some unfinished business, and am heading to the park next.  Truly a de-stressing type of day around here.

It's Fix It Friday at I Heart Faces.  It's been ages since I practiced my skillz on one of these, but I got the editing itch during nap time today.  I clicked on over to IHF and wow, I loved this hot.  Why?  Because it's fun and different and really cool.  Thank you, Angie, for letting us play on your great image.  And thank you to all the contributors for sharing your fixes and editing secrets.  I learn so much from you all!

A lot of photos have an edit that I think is "just right."  This one, though, could be played with forever.  It's fun.  It's addicting.  And it's hurting my parenting right now.
