The National zoo is minutes from our house. We went today to visit our animal neighbors and had a great time! The highlights include seeing a hippo out of the water (have you seen them before, they are hilarious looking!), the baby elephant and baby panda, and the flamingos. I know we'll make many more trips to the zoo.

Love the sunglasses! There is a similar pic of me on my first trip to the zoo floating around there somewhere.
We love the zoo! Have you seen the Orangutans yet?
They let them climb over the walkways. It's really cool to see.
Where did you get your toddlers shoes from? The white ones with the strap... they look very comfortable to her.
